Your right, I gave the wrong definition.

But, I also spelled it wrong. It IS one word and it's spelled underrated. :)

Also, the dictionary definition is:

"Underestimate the extent, value, or importance of (someone or something): 'a very underrated film'."

No it doesn't. Also, arguably, "under rated" isn't one word so it can't have a definition therefore "under rated" means exatly that: to be given a rating that is under what one would consider to be fair.

...but then any perception of existance and reality is a correct one so long as one believes it to be correct, by nature of belief itself. So nothing matters because there is no ultimate right and wrong and we can never "know" anything because all practical knowledge is based on empiricism...
