Thank you for your videos! Your instructional style is very easy to understand and follow. The room you shoot your videos in helps this as well. You are an awesome teacher! The only constructive advise I may offer is to do a few 'low motion' moments, where you slow the video down, allowing us to watch closely where the hoop touches your body.

@EmporistaAngel Thank you so much for your feedback. I wish I could slow it down, but I am not too savvy on video editing. If I figure it out I will make sure to slow parts of the videos down.

Have you ever tried to do a shoulder stand while doing it on your foot? Because i'm trying to learn it and i can't find many videos on it.

@Inthegiggleloop Yes, actually I have. It's part of a fire hoop duet that I do. Just keep on trying and if the hoop starts to fall "down your foot" down your leg, try flexing your foot instead of extending it, this will give the hoop more of a horizontal surface for a moment for it to "climb back up" to your arch.
