Olmec Heads Part 2

The Olmec civilization in Mexico sculpted massive stone heads 3000 years ago — 500 years before Rome was founded. These statues weighed up to 40 tonnes and were made from stone that came from the Tuxtla mountains more than 160 kilometres away. The journey would have taken the Olmecs across great rivers and virtually impassable swamps. How did they manage that?

I agree.... People looking at facial details and consciously fight the truth these people migrated from Africa. It's a crying shame European scholars hate they haven't found themselves no where else on planet earth, so, of course everything African never happen either. Sigh!

@Twomonthago This is one of the sad realities of viewing history through the white man's perspective. There are numerous verifiable accounts of non-Whites prior to Columbus and the Vikings making their way to the New World. But for some reason they claim it to be too ambiguous. Their arrogance has no limit.

Ah yes, MissDiscordantia, you attack the messenger instead of refuting the message, the typical academic tactic. On the one hand we are told this culture did not the the metallurgic technology to carve this type of stone, nor the means to move it great distances, yet there they are, carved and moved. The records left by numerous cultures indicating how these monuments were moved are ignored and discarded, and lied about. (of course we know better today, the creators can't be believed)
