Bad Land Lord (Slum Lord)

Here is a electrical fixture were a light bulb plugs in an water is steadily dripping day in and day out. The problem has been addressed to the property manager the property maintenance man and the land lord on more than 3 occasions. This is a very dangerous issue that has went un resolved for over 9 months at this point. If i turn that light on i may electrocute everyone in the bath room up stairs and or maybe my self. That is my closet that i use everyday and its basically off limits due to the problem. Seem like to me no one cares about the problem enough to fix it but the still keep there hand out on the first of every month for the rent. This was documented for court purpose and for the others that may be going through a similar problem with a landlord. Do you think you should pay
