Well what a legend, absolutely the truth. Imagine he went down to the town hall and got planning permission there and then for that bus shelter, those were the days. Mr Howard should be in charge of all planning permission, get rid of all these 'builders' and cement all over the place, only lime,wood and earth and the uk would be a better place. Everyone could learn how to build themselves a home, no more fifty year mortgages, everyone could wrk less,way less stress, more time to brew lovely ale
