After being called an "idiot" for comparing a Mac to an older PC, I strike back -- defending my new found love (lust, even) for my MacBook after being married so long to PCs.

  • It's the 13 inch aluminum MacBook, released in late 2008. I love the lighted keyboard, easy to use trackpad, crystal clear LED screen, lightness, other stuff. Have had no problems with it. And of course, the Mac operating system is so superior to Windows, its ridiculous (that I stuck with Windows XP and Vista for so long).

  • You are simply not used to using a pc and you are complaining about how easier it is to simply autoplay when in the pc you simply left click and pick "Play", is that hard?

Is it hard to left click and pick "Eliminate"?

You aren't used to being in a pc, you are one of those old man that only use a mac cuzz its easier?

  • @brihines Os is the only thing better than windows. The performance is inferior. The problem with mac fanboys is that they compare 600 pcs with 2000 macs.

You probably don't know how to create a computer and how to use it.

A computer pro will find better hardwhare than MAC easily out there in the internet.

You can't compare a pc with a mac in working because you probably had a random pc.

If you want a pc better for working, you buy a pc FOR WORKING.

  • @flagman57 Actually no, I have not done it. I do not own a computer just yet. I'm saving up for one. I was just saying what I would most prefer on my computer.

  • @Rifalltoo Did you do that on a mac? I used chameleon RC5 on my laptop to triple boot ubuntu with mac and windows. I mostly use ubuntu for user capabilities and mac for looking nice and showing off. Windows I use for running software and programming and whatnot.

  • @flagman57 Yep. My ideal machine is a Mac dual booted with Ubuntu. Equal share of the HD for both systems. Although, there is no telling which one I would use more.

  • @Rifalltoo That's true. I have to dual boot.

  • @flagman57 Linux for the most part is the most intelligent in many places, but there are still times I need a different OS for something.

  • @adobePC Oh yes, because it takes a smart computer to require someone to click start>computer search for the drive, right click>play DVD (PC), rather than a smart computer just popping up the Damn DVD in a DVD player program (Mac). Good job.

  • Thank you very much for your honest opinion! I really enjoyed your other Mac video with the Lenovo comparison. I made the switch to Mac 3 years ago but then built a pc recently for windows 7 and some gaming. Turns out, I miss OS X and I'm switching back once they announce the next MacBooks. I n

  • You want a superior OS ? try linux. far superior to either windows or mac osx.
