  • Do you live in france? Because those pull stations have "Feu" and Fi8re on them

  • no. I live in Canada.

  • Have you ever replaced a 4002?

  • nope not yet!

  • That's old school right there! Don't see them much anymore. I bet that alarm scared even the rats out of the building. LOUD!! I think the panel should've been set to march time however, it would've sounded better.

  • yeah it's just a tad old...lol. march time would of sounded real nice in here.

  • 120 bpm march time would've sounded good on this system.

  • Its weird how those signals are on a 4002 system.

  • that;s episode 1 of fire alarms on crack XD

  • I have a 4051 that sounds EXACTLY the same as that first one at the beginning. Several of the 4051s at the school I had kindergarten at sounded like that too, but on Slow March Time (I think they had a 4002 panel as well, or even a 2001.)

  • 0:41 poo poo alert lol

  • SIMPLEX 4051s

    WHGEELOCK MT HORN

and a AMSECO BZ54 MOTORTONE HORN

  • @arizonajostens some Canadians speak French aswell

  • @arizonajostens Canada has both French and English that's why the labels are like that

  • @gnutelliums I doubt it; visual signals are really scarce in Canada, because their codes are different. If this system was installed in the USA, they probably would've put the 4051 horns on 4050-80 light plates; that was a common setup back in the 1970s.

  • @TheElectricalKid Yep, 4002s did. IIRC, the school I went to for kindergarten may have had a Simplex 4002 panel when I went there, and it did 20BPM March Time (or it might have been a 2001, it was tied into an old 4208 and used for duct detectors, now they have a 4005 or something.)

  • @arizonajostens In France, they have call points instead of pull stations.

  • @twoplyboy But is it not possible to set the 4002 panel to march time, or even code-3 ? Is there only "continuous code" ?
