  • Why didn't you clean and repaint the augers and impeller while it was apart? Look better and last longer.

  • if you have greas or oil in the auger gear box how often do you need to change it?

  • I have my MTD unit apart and it has a different o-ring type seal it is part # 721-0255. Have you seen this before if so what did you replace it with the part is obsolete. The two auger gear housing halves are part number 719-0292 and 719-0293.

  • @donyboy73 They would be much happier. Oh well customer is always right, LOL.

  • @thenixhex311 it's just pressed in there, but m,ay be hard to remove due to rust
