Firecrackers, Police and Girandola's

In this video we will shoot a 16k Firecrackers and one of my favorite Girandola called Alien Resurrection. My experience has been when shooting the large rolls of firecrackers is to get them off the ground and if you leave them wrapped up they may fire faster. The CPSC is always trying to make the firecracker manufactures make these firecrackers slower and not as loud. I still remember the first Girandola I saw when they first hit the market a few years back, it was Alien Resurrection from Kellners Fireworks. I have been in love with Girandolas ever since.
You will see the police show up at the shoot site in this video. This shoot site is in Pennsylvania. Only ground based fireworks are permitted in Pennsylvania, except if you have a local permit, or if no permit requirements exist, it is the same as having a permit. It all sound complicated but once you familiarize yourself with how fireworks work in your state and you get your ATF license you will find you can work within what ever roadblocks there may be. Once we explained the situation to the police there was not a problem. Although we did have one resident complain about the noise. This is the time to purchase fireworks at the event from vendors. If you have your ATF license this is also the chance to shoot your 1.3 product.
