Metallic Pigment Swatches! Gold, Silver, Bronze, Copper! MAC

A lot of people love metallic (or should I say precious metal/metal alloy) color shadows & pigments.

So, I wanted to show you some lovely swatches of gold, bronze, copper, and silver!!

Medusa's Make Up is a fabulous product - I would HIGHLY recommend them!! They have available a much more extensive color selection than MAC - and the prices are fantastic.

how much are Mac pigment samples?

It depends on where you find them =)

I found one lady selling them online:

I have placed an order for 10 samples (1/2 teaspoon!), she sends the 11th free, and it's less than $50 including shipping. That's like $4.00 for a 1/2 tsp sample. Most places sell 1/4 tsp samples for that price.

I just ordered, so it will be a week at least before I get anything. I cannot guarantee these are authentic - I have not seen them or used them.

I have not seen anything negative about this lady yet. She's got wonderful feedback. And I think several girls from some of the various make up forums have ordered from her. Again, I've seen/read nothing bad.

So we will see =)

I will definitely let you all know what I think. If it's good, I will definitely order more from her. She has lots of Pro, rare, and Limited Edition colors. So it's a nice change from what is typically available.

Thanks for the video. It would have been nice to see them wet with fix plus or mixing medium. The foundation probably obscured some of the colour and texture. I used to use them like that years ago and then realised that they didn't work as nicely.
