Disgaea: how to level up early and how to get statisticians (read description plz.)

Disgaea afternoon of darkness for PSP:
1st half of video shows how to level up pretty early on, passing stronger enemy bills and 3 times exp bills can level you up faster.

2nd half of video shows how to get statisticians(they boost how much exp the character they are equiped on gets, 300 is the max) and any item residents really.

same method i use. Though the first time was very difficult due to my low level characters

It's probably different as you're in Etna Mode, same level layout but different enemies.

There's also the glitched Foresight for Statisticians, Brokers and Armsmasters for the PSP Version. Very useful and already subdued. Just pass More Expensive Stuff bill until you can buy it.
