Much better than where I linked from. I won't patronise you by trying to teach you something new as you're at least at the same level drumming that I am, if not better. However I strongly suggest to you and any other drummers out there to take a break away from match-grip and try military grip out for a while. Gives much more control on the hand that uses the snare more and it doesn't take long to learn to switch between the two grips. Made a difference to my drumming.

Use your wrist more on your left hand
Practice getting consistent singles, but other than that your drumming's good
