@knusperberg Completely agree. Better than the RI's by a mile and the OCD is the only pedal to use with good Fender amps like this one. There maybe a high dollar boutique pedal out there that's better but I haven't heard it. Play the OCD through an original '65 vibrolux and an old champ and wouldn't use anything else.
Best amp I ever owned. Purchased for 950.00 back in 1987. Sold it to a friend a year ago because I moved onto a sailboat, and also it was just too heavy for me to lug around. I can borrow it at any time though. We just bought a 16 ohm THD Hotplate so we can drive it without collapsing the walls of his home.
More like 500-600 resale range. Vintage Guide lists at a very healthy 600-625 resale value. Good amp if maintained well. Robben For used one. Good drive if you're willing to tweak a bit to find the sweet spot. Nice, wet reverb. Nut buster if you gotta schlep this thing around a lot. Get a road case or she'll get beat to hell trying to lift and maneuver her. Sounds best with 6L6s. Unless you mod with new bias resistors You'll more than likely do harm with EL34s. 34s run hotter.

This amp has a beautiful clean (as the best tube Fenders do) and a good drive, but not Marshall kind at all.
If you want "that" drive tone, buy a Marshall amp

Wow, this kid has more feeling for the blues than most grown men I hear play.
Was offered this amp for $400. Guess it's a good deal.
Lot's of great reviews, but I'm not sure it has that Marshall gain that I'm looking for.
On to find a video with this thing dimed!
