@SimpleLivingSanity Your right. This is the same size as a 16x80 single. My 16x80 is a 2 bed, 2 full bath. My was exactly 36k new. I used to sell the same brand in 2001-could buy a good one back then for 28k

I know its not the prettiest and nicest place, but I really like it. Cost of living is fairly low, we have the mountains, the coast and in between.  I've lived in several states but like NC the best.

OUTTA YOUR F-N MIND! Out side of Cincinnati Ohio, You can buy a 3 bedroom 2 bath and garage with a basement on a good sized lot for 100,000 or LESS! This must be a joke? Are they FU**ING with me? What a joke of a home. Hell I've seen mobile homes that were better and cheaper than this POS!
