your tricep extensions is just you hitting the dumbells against the seat, bringing them back to a dumbell bench press position, then doing a bench rep with the dumbells. your not even doing it right

@79camaro454bbc the bench press does not count if your back comes up. Its not a real mesurement of strength. its like jumping the weight up off of your chest on a military press.

very good bro! even tho this video is old its still good lol.. i just hit 340x 10 as a PR. it was pretty hard but i actually used pretty good form on it too. it was time to move up anyways lol.. i used 330x 10 as a warmup then like a min later got 340 x 10. isnt this wat ur about repping? 340 x 10. i might rep the same as u but u max more than i do for sure... lol. good work bro!
Im a Jr in high school and our coach just tought us the bench thing like what you just did (where you press your back up off the bench) and i went up 35 pounds in 1 week!!! Good work and ill hopefully be there one day lol
