@pendragon259 actually, I think stroke is slightly more preferred

@pendragon259 I used to hate being bow, I was stuck in the mentality when I first started rowing that the only good seats were stern pair, or stroke seat in a double....but the best seat in a quad (as far as I'm concerned) is bow seat.

man these guys are like gods with their endurance and power.just last week i had one week to train for my m4x race and got 7.20 (im 14 and my other crew members are 16)
