btw this occurs when Growth hormone, prolactin and cytokines are involved.

@ihateketchup Not growth hormone 'secretion' no. If growth hormone is secreted from a gland and binds to the receptor above, then it will also activate the JAK-STAT pathway which will stimulate growth by IGF-1 production

Ye, the ligand for receptor could by some kind of growth factor instead of the cytokine.
