Nothing interesting about it.
It happened on the Coventry canal stretch at Fradley junction. The Lichfield mercury covered the story in quite a large spread and if you were to enquire i'm sure the case is in thier archives somewhere.
Or, as the case went to court i'm sure there would be judicial archives somewhere too. It went to the Tamworth magistrates court. Again, there must be archives to document this.

Interesting that you don't mention where or when this happened. Surely if an OAP was assaulted and thrown in a river there would be some kind of police report or media correspondence. I could allege that I know of a master of the hunt that threw someone in a pond and whipped them with a stick but then that would just be hearsay/propoganda would it not?

I`m confused which bit of this was illegal, horse riding or maybe standing in the rain. I would of thought the LACS couldn`t produce evidence in court as they are not the police. The LACS are trying to take evidence already presuming guilt whereas a person in Britain is innocent until proven guilty hence you need the police who are supposed to take no sides.

members of LACS recently threw a 82 year old man into the canal near me... his crime?? he was fishing. thats what these guys stand for. throwing old aged pensioners into freezing canals because 'they love animals'.
