This is a good vid. I play this and a couple others for a friend that's trying to fix his embouchure, but he's having a lot of trouple with his lip buzzing. His buzz is still kinda airy or at time cracked and spitty

Saying the letter M just gives you the baseline structure for forming an embouchure. It keeps your lips directly on top of each other, keeps your corners forward to stop you from smiling and in general gives you a flat, functional starting point.
