cricket is the second most popular sport because. india alone make cricket the 2nd most popular sport ,they have the second largest population in the world .not to mention bangladash ,sri lanka, australia, england ,south afica ,kenya ,zimbabwe, new zealand,westindies most of the english speaking islands.ireland... most of those countries are in the top 10 most populated countries in the world.also countries like canada ,scotland,netherland and afghanistan are playing cricket now..
