@vinsonF i just used the operator he put up for down load. im still haveing trouble getting the beat repeator on my own sounds.
-
@datboimiley1 how did you fix the problem?
-
can u use any other sounds then the operator to make the 'wobble bass', I have sylenth plug-in, and it'd be cool to use the sounds of sylenth but to customize them with operator/beat repeat/etc.... Is this in any way possible? or is the operator the only customizable instrument to make a dubstep/dnb bass??

@vinsonF i had the same problem.
-
@jujment699 how do u get the sound i just get siren

great tutorial! but i am curious about the beat repeat... i have the track playing globally, but the beat repeat doesn't seem to be working as much for me in comparison to yours no matter what interval setting i have it set to. it only occasionally works. i believe i have everything set the same as on your video, but this is the only thing that i am having problems with.

Yes! And the racks are fucking great.

Good work bruh!
-
and it sounds really good

hey fraktal your sound is way betttter than those kids who rewired ableton through reason and are claiming it super hard saying that its exactly it. i appreciate your honesty in saying this is YOUR take on his synth, because there are too many dumb kids on youtube these days trying to emulate skrillex and FAILING
The only problem I have is with the LFO. Something about it on mine doesn't work. I followed all your settings (even ones not mentioned) but I still get this weird siren effect. Any ideas?

@garenzy did you turn off your osc blocks in the filter section.. if you dont then it will oscillate the whole thing instead of the filter frequency only.. i turn mine off by default and i mention this in my other videos that my ableton is set up custom and not default (sorry) .

@jujment699 so then ur on an earlier version of live? if so which one? bcus in live 6 and/or 7 we could choose osc blocks. but live 8 let us choose which osc dest blocks to use so thats why i ask .

@EmcFRAKTAL Ok i really wasn't that clear, and i apologize for that! You gave a really great tutorial, and i managed to figure out how to get it to sound like yours! But i'm the type of person that sees a problem and DOES NOT REST until its fixed... Kind of like Problem OCD you could say. Well i managed to get the sound, but i didn't do it even close to the way you did, and i have Live 8, but there is not option to turn off the filter Osc Blocks. Thats what stumps me. But you were great help!

@jujment699 aahh ok i see, well all you have to do is click on the blocks to turn them on or off. also if you right click you get another menu for the filter settings or the wave selector depending what view in operator you u r looking at. i dnt remember them all but they r there.
