Payola for votes is legal in Washington. Several of those votes cost millions of dollars.

How did the Democrats that are switching parties vote on this Bill?

Where is the list of the ones that voted for this Bill that will effect all of us for years to come?

Payola was declared illegal for Disk Jockeys back in the 60s. Why is it legal for Politicians to buy votes using our money and lots of it?

The US will be forced to incentivize & recruit hundreds of thousands more foreign-trained physicians, nurses, and other medical personnel.

Right now, the highest concentration of Canadian-trained physicians is in Florida.
A full 1/4 of physicians practicing in the US are foreign-trained.
This bill will create severe shortages of US-trained doctors & other medical professionals, causing long waits like in Canada & Europe.

There are estimated 27 million slaves around the world today and a good portion of those are run by blacks. This was not just an American problem. Why don't you complainers go and do something about it.

Slavery has been around since the beginning of civilization. All races have been subjected to it at one time or the other and ALL races have participated in it. The founding fathers freed their slaves as soon as the found a legal way to do so. America eventually abolished it completely.

Around 7 to 8% of American slave owners were blacks who owned blacks.

If you hate America, please find a country you do like. Just know they've all had slavery at some point in history.

I liked this. It offered very good points and a nice argument that the health care reform makes no technical sense. I'm in shock that it's passed in both branches. It's as if they hardly thought of the repercussions to the future and physicians. How will this be supported?
