The lyrics to this song are deep! Jazz is a way of life for many of us from South Louisiana! I started listening to jazz and playing when I was around six years old. My dad taught me to play piano. Most of us from Southern Louisiana can play one or more instruments. Too bad Americans don't know or appreciate what they have in this muical culture coming out of Southern Louisiana!!! It's so original and so American.

@Kmcnair1000 Well as a younger person I can honestly say it's just ignorance. A lot of us don't listen to jazz because of what people THINK about it. If they had any sense they'd know it's better than half of the crap out today. What makes TSOA even more special is the fact that they're young too.
