  • @1984petrus1 No problem! Thanks for watching :D

  • I like Dymatize as it's not too expensive, but to me all their flavors are extremely bland.

  • @CampbellFitness I guess I just got lucky and enjoy this flavor :P

  • ive been using the maximuscle cyclone all in one supplement for about 3 weeks now and ive gained just under half a stone about 6/7lb and its a very good product but a bit pricey which is the only downfall for people trying to get a bit of mass over a short period of time, so now ive ordered some of this and i would like to know when are the best times to take it during a workout and a non workout day as im new to the product? thanks

  • iHerb discount code SEP790

  • 2.3gr of leucine per scoop? Not a chance.

I've tried lots of different proteins, and I've weighed out servings on my 0.00 gram digital scale. Almost all of them required near two of the included scoops to equal one serving size. I'm not talking heaping, just loosely filled scoops.

Another thing, you don't want Ion-exchange protein and all of this other crap for an isolate. You want cross-flow COLD filtered...NOW's 100% whey isolate. 10lbs for $80 on ___. It doesn't taste good but who cares.

  • @Iambigcougar mix it with low calorie vanilla ice cream and skim milk with one scoop and make your son healthy shakes. or you can make a half cup of whole oats into 1 cup hot water mix, then stir in one scoop of isolate for a great breakfast meal (maybe add berries)- he will be full of energy for a good 4 to 5hrs. PERFECT breakfast for before school

  • @swaapo Thanks.

  • @Iambigcougar absolutely worth it. isolate is cholesterol free, with zero sat. fat. as well as zero sugar. instead of having to eat pounds of animal meat everyday to gain muscle - you take that stuff every other day with fish to keep protein levels high.IF you dont like dairy mix it with soy milk. it is the answer for diabetics and people with heart disease. regular whey concentrates have a fair amount of cholesterol.

  • I just started and bought the iso 100. I don't know much but my son and I will see how it works. It is more expensive. It is an isolate and hydrolized. I don't know if that is worth it.

  • Where did you go????

  • hey man. good review! keep up the good work. check out our review of elite whey protien isolate

  • hey celornab. i would like an advice. I'm 18, 1 year ago i was really skinny but for a year now i am training hard, gained some muscles and some weight. do you think that it is too much starting with Dymatize Elite? (i have never taken other protein supplements)

would you recommend me starting with some glutamine pills at first and then take dymatize?

    thanks!
