I NEVER LET MY CHILD GO MORE THEN 1 ARMS DISTANCE AWAY FROM ME IN PUBLIC and i will always hold their hands in public. I have two children so it makes it easier. I REALLY hate when you see kids on a leash. I always think to myself if she needs a leash for her child then that mother DEFINITELY don't need a child. Children ARE NOT animals. They ARE HUMANS!!!
