The safety freaks are running the world,at my work we spend HUNDREDS of hrs talking about safety ,the net cost of that down time adds up to the 2 or 3 injury's it prevents,people get hurt fact ,KILL THE LAWYERS WHO MAKE IT PROFITABLE TO TO GET HURT!! take care of the legit injury's and blackball the fat losers who claim back injury's.

there is nothing wrong with having a little fun at work when appropriate.. i have a feeling there were other things going on that got this kid fired... although that could have been a serious safety concern that might cost a biz lots of money and as a biz owner, I don't want my employees putting me at risk

Wow,young kids today have no work habits and shit for brains.I'm lucky I've got 4 exelent guys[tree service crew] and we work hard.I'm the boss and I buy lunch every day.Tomorrow I'm taking the whole crew to a hot springs resort and pay for 1 hour massage to every one + dining and rest of expence.I love my workers and they think I'm the best boss in the world,but that kid on video will not make it even 1 day at my crew.There is time for fun[at the hot springs],but not on someones payroll.
