Well, just because something "just" passed doesn't mean that the world around you will be able to arbitrarily ignore something passed by voters...HOWEVER...in your case, I know that in the state on Nevada, a felony drug conviction=NO MED CARD

i live in california, im about 1 hour from hoolywood and was wondering about this also. i broke my femur in my left leg when i was 7 years old. i am now 23 and have been haveing really bad arthritis for years now. i was wondering if i would qualify. thank alot for the info! hit me back up ASAP.

Unfortunately, our medical marijuana proposal here in Michigan isn't anything like the ones in California, Nevada, Oregon, etc. It's basically only for terminally ill patients and it doesn't allow for cooperative growing (i.e. clubs, compassion centers, etc. aren't allowed). Also, a doctor can only write five recommendations during his/her career.
