@zombie900 i couldn't care less about the catholic church. Its ppl I'm concerned about within these 'religions' Its about Jesus not Religion. Its about Jesus. Watchtower = cult Catholicims is just a branch off mother child worship from babylon. Ppl need to use there head for once

Yes it is a cult. Its a distructive cult. When truth is presented to Jw they simply ignore it. Too much pride mate. Pride says there is everyting wrong with you nothing me. its a cult plain and simple. No freedom nothing within that organisation. Who cares about how organised they are I couldn't care less the bottom line there are cult.

@archeng123 The biggest cost in any publishing company comes from the labor. (which is free for the WTBS, as they use volunteers) They did not start offering publications with "voluntary" based donations until after Jimmy Swaggart lost his case in 1990. This was to avoid tax on their publications. It would be "rare" for a JW to receive the materials without donating. They also ask for donation at door. Of course, if you seem like a possible convert, they will gladly give you them for free....

Wow, I never knew the Watchtower organization had stock people could buy. I also have always read in the literature, and have been told that the Watchtower organization makes no profit. They make 50% profit?! I thought the Bethelites were given such a small amount of money because they didn't make a profit! Wow, Bethelites and pioneers (I use to be a pioneer) do not profit for the work they do, they actually spend their money to do it, but the GB do (and do it in God's name)!
