Deere vs Komatsu - Loader drag race

Deere 744K versus Komatsu WA450-6. This was crazy. If I didn't talk to the guys that were operating these things I wouldn't have believed it myself.

i can tell you ive roaded a komatsu at work at the i ended up next to a bikerider and could not pass him on flatland and going up hill the bike got past me i never lut up at all they are slow

its really funny how if you go and look no joke cat and komatsu weigh 3000000000 times more just kidding but they do weigh alot more than john deere and john deeres biggest front end loader goes way faster and the biggest cat is slower going foward then a john deere in reverse

I believe this to be rigged. I run a Komatsu 500-6 for 12 hours a day, 5 days a week. We had a John Deere 844k two weeks ago for a trial as we were looking to add another loader to our fleet. The Komatsu is VERY comparable in speed compared to the Deere as long as it is in power mode and locked up. The Deere was very fast and I believe the difference in top speed is actually less than 1 km. Accel is VERY good in BOTH loaders.. The Deere arrives next week however and becomes my machine :)
