what kind of vitamins do you take for your nails? I know nutrition plays a part too.

Usually I take multivitamins, and I apply vit E on my nails :)

Spune`mi, te rog, de unde iti iei vitamina E.

I use vitamin E oil on my nails :) I just brush it on my nails and then I rub it in :)
