Lye or No Lye Relaxers:What's the Difference?

my hair dresser always uses a no lye relaxer on my hair, how can i remove the build up that no lye relaxers have left on my hair? and i want to switch to lye relaxers, and i dont want that build up on my relaxed ends

lye relaxers like Mazzani are really good ,like really good for new growth if you have naturally curly,thick (African beauty curls)hair i just use no lye for already relaxed hair

@nrose5 yes chelating shampoo really helps i used joico and it works
