  • Hey Louis,

    you're playing great !

Is this really an Superlux D112C ??

But you cut the cable and mounted an XLR-Plug or ??

    Greetings

    Max

  • Hi MrJamespresley,

    Thank you!

Yes it is a Superlux D112C. I've cut the cable to place a quarter inch jack so I can use any guitar cable.

On this gig I used an Artec Parametric EQ between the Mic and the amp. I notched out the feedback causing frequency and then boosted the rest of the freq. I find it sounds better this way.

Nowadays I prefer and play more with the Shure 545SD though. But I still play through the D112C with the Parametric EQ once in a while.

    Cheers,

    Louis

I don't play harp for so long now !

But I need an amp ! Can you recommend one to me ??

For the beginning it shouldn't be to expensive ....
