I think that this guy has a great blues tone. But there isn't just one blues tone. everyone has a different taste. check out my tone lesson and you can get a similar tone, but you dont need a tube amp to achieve it.

That's a nice guitar - but not ideal for blues. I'd consider trading in for a Les Paul or an ES-335 type guitar... good luck friend!

I own an Ibanez s520ex and a Marshall Valvestate 65W....i play blues all the day long but my guitar doesn't sound bluesy.....I know that an Ibanez isn't exactly the right guitar for the blues but I really can't find a bluesy tone...help!!!
