I don't think you read enough books as a child.

I actually read a lot of books and still do. I just think that right or wrong there's a huge stigma against atheism because the world, like it or not is run by people who believe in a God. I think it's foolish to think you know for a fact either way. I don't know if their is a God and I don't know that their isn't. I think that the bible is a huge book of fairy tales.

Most people are like sheep and like to hold onto illogical religious beliefs. Read the bible, most of it makes no logical sense nor does the Koran. Atheists do not start wars or live criminal lives. Atheists are free thinkers and respect humanity.

I was an atheist for 27 years. Yahshua (Jesus) tells you, "You have the law and the prophets". The prophets can show you, unquestionably, that YHVH (God) is real. Once you understand He is real, the law will guide you as to what to do. I believe most atheists have not studied the prophets in earnest. If you have and find it unbelievable, you should just let it go, for the centerpiece of our beliefs told you the prophets were to be proof enough.

I strongly disagree. Christians never directly give you the evidence they have, they always say to read their book (I have, many, many times under many, many interpretations from many, many people).

Guess what? It doesn't get any more convincing as time goes on.

So what exactly is this evidence? I can't find it and neither can the rest of us.

People underestimate the fear response people have. Religious folks are genuinely scared of atheist ideas, especially in regards to their kids.
They are also afraid for society. Fear of punishment was the prime reason I took so long to leave religion.
