I went to an Appleseed weekend in Dallas last month, this is an amazing program! It is fantastic that RWVA put this video out on YT- this is such valuable knowledge...but I implore anyone watching this: you MUST go to a full weekend Appleseed event yourself to get the complete instruction and practice benefit. Anyway, great video- I HATED the sitting/kneeling shooting position till I got the proper instruction and training to get it right; I'm still not great, but am way better thanks to RWVA.
