i run 3 packs of thunder power 2200 and a rhino 2250 at 25c. the others are 20c, zippy (2200), electrifly (2100) and eflite (1800).
i've switched to a 40A turnigy sentry esc and a scorpion -8. i haven't really flown it much under that due to the weather/daylight. i have my throttle curve maxed at %60, seems to be quite enough headspeed. the -6 i heard is a little ridiculous on power requiring hardened shafts and carbon blades.

Probably a little later here. But what C ratings are your battery packs? I run the throttle curve in Idle 1 at 90 90 90 90 90. This way if the Govenor need more it still has 10 percent to go. XL is a good motor. I have since changed this motor to the new Scorpion -6 I will get some video of it tonight and try to post later this evening or tomorrow afternoon.
