  • @Ainsiquenon23 Do NOT panic! You need to disassociate between viewing falling asleep as something unpleasant and replacing it back, re-programming your brain- for your subconscious to start associating sleep and falling and stay asleep as something pleasant. Just...sleep when you want to sleep and if you cannot fall asleep, do no punish yourself and feel guilty!!! Binaural beats help! Talking helps! I know how awful it is to suffer from insomnia and many are cashing in on that, which is wrong!
