I can really tell a difference in your weight loss. You look great! You definately need to do a vid on arms cause I think that is where I need to work on. I'm pregnant now with my second son and I don't know how I will find the time to exercise! You have four!

thanks so much;) i should have the vid up prob 2morrow! yea theres days i dont find time lol! but its good when they r a lil older i send them outside nd get a workout in or wait 4 my oldest 3 2 go 2 school so i only have one pain in the butt 2 bug me lol!

Hey ! so i decided to do your exercises in this video i did the stairs i ran up the stairs two sets of 5 but i only have 8 stairs LOL' & i also did the calf raises & Ooh man you can feel the burn! thanks for sharing your exercises with us !

good for u;) i know them calf raises r killer but they will give u that upside down heart shape which i luv! np;) i will b making a vid for ur arms soon since i am begining 2 work those out now;) good luck getting fit!
