"The United States will not fail." While strongly supporting federal climate legislation, Gov. Gregoire laid out the multiple paths that the U.S. could take to reduce greenhouse gas emissions during the next few years. Gov. Gregoire made her remarks on Dec. 15, 2009, at a public event co-hosted by The Georgetown Climate Center and The Climate Registry at the U.N. conference on climate change in Copenhagen.
