this video shows a microfluidic chip separating double stranded DNA (phiX 174, Hae III digest). it is shown in real time. you can see an injection in a few channels, the separation and an on-column reaction with intercalating dye (sybr green) for detection reasons.

  • Hi. I'm a physics student from Argentina, and I had been working on a microchip for dna electrophoresis separation too. You can see part of my work in my channel. We have to work more to reach your excellent results, and I would like to share and learn some work experience in this field, in wich we are the only ones working in this country. Excuse me for the possible language mistakes, I'm just learning english too.
