The majority of people interviewed in the latest Brand Republic video were keen for online advertising to be made more relevant to them and most were willing to have their browsing history monitored so long as no personal details were stored.
i think most people ignore advertising online don't they? that said i've noticed they're getting more intrusive. that's what pees me off. of course if they're more relative to me it's better all round but it concerns me that the software needed to do this is watching what i'm doing.
