@PloPloMan100 Absolute bullshit. They didn't add any "different elixirs and buffs", the fight was "nerfed" so that the adds (tentacles) could be better controlled. C'thun was killed several hours after the nerf.

"Only hours after Blizzard made additional changes to the C'thun encounter, European guild Nihilum (Magtheridon realm) seems to have managed to kill C'thun." @ Apr 25th 2006, 4 months after the The Gates of Ahn'Qiraj patch hit, NOT during TBC. Cool story though..

@PloPloMan100 it was killed long before then after it was nerfed because blizzard said it was looking like an impossible encounter at the time.

Bitches, please. The hardest boss in World of Warcraft hands down would be C'thun. The boss was even stated by blizzard "impossible" Until they added different elixirs and buffs to the game, even then.. it was killed on the first day when TBC came out. (Those greens raped vanilla end game epics)
