The Dr. Samuel A. Mudd House in Waldorf, MD, is the second episode of the INTERNET ONLY TV series, "The R.I.P. Files," coming soon to Ghost Channel TV (www.ghostchannel.tv). Dr. Mudd is the physician who set John Wilkes Booth's broken leg after the actor fatally shot President Abraham Lincoln at Washington, DC's Ford's Theatre in April 1865. Dr. Mudd consistently maintained that he was innocent of any involvement and insisted that he did not know who Booth was when he showed up at his office. Today, the Mudd House, located outside Washington DC, is a carefully preserved museum and historic site visited by thousands each year. There are also many tales of paranormal events within these walls and on the grounds of this lovely estate. Perhaps the restless spirits from the turbulent days of the American Civil War still linger. Join R.I.P. as they search for answers at the Mudd House. This episode is expected to be available in May 2009, the 144th year-anniversary of President Abraham Lincoln's death. (Original music by Fife Musician, Greg Hernandez)

@jazzy4887 He was pardoned so that in itself would be a apology however, the name Mudd will always be associated to Dr. Mudd and John Wilkes Booth. That is the only place I have never visited in regards to Lincoln's Assassination and I don't know why apparently I didn't know where it was.
