@cronnoponno Yeah, Melty blood is after Kagetsu Tohya. I forgot it when writing, which is why I said "whichever is later".
Ataraxia thing is confusing. AsI understood it, In that half an year while Bazett was going through original time loop, Grail appeared in that city which is a location of BMW (Can't remember the name... Misaki?), and Bazett and Avenger got reset. Well, maybe not Avenger. All this is just my opinion, but Caren does say that she healed Bazett earlier during origloop. So, yeah.

Isn't Melty Blood after Kagetsu Tohya? I could have sworn Len was his familiar in Melty Blood therefore implying it, hence saying that the story came ''after melty blood'' would make you know it came after Kagetsu? Also, I could have sworn it intertwines with Ataraxia, my memory on that part is weak because it's been a few years since I played this, did Kuu just revive them to make them repeat ataraxia, or were they really doing the events of Ataraxia?

@cronnoponno Damn you butchered it up... Let me explain it in more clear words.
It takes place after Heaven's Feel, after Melty Blood and Kagetsu Tohya (whichever in your opinion is later on the timeline), after Kara no Kyoukai (obviously) and AFTER ataraxia!

@cronnoponno I think you mean that Dark sakura becomes Sabers master, making her dark saber. Bu totherwise: Ok, never knew it acctualy followed canon for a bit.You learn something new everyday.

The story takes place after heavens feel, a little bit after melty blood, and a little bit before hollow ataraxia in which it mixes with the hollow ataraxia storyline. Shirou was Sabers master, Saber dies and becomes Dark sakura's master, then is killed by Rider and Shirou and Kohaku finds avalon to which she becomes the next master.

It is NOT a what if scenario. Three series compile in one hell of a scenario, Kohaku SOMEHOW ends up with an Avalon AND Saber, Rin AND Arcueid go all Magical Girl on everybody's asses, everyone ends up in a Misaki City, starting Grail War/Vampire/Grondhog Day/Robot/Magician BLOODY MESS!!!
On the related note: MUSTPLAY GAME! Might be a little hard to find and patch properly, but it's worth it. Trust me on that.
