Lol, I can do better. Quick scoping for me is right click at the same time..usually hits..

I quickscope with dragunov. Those new snipers are a pain though. PB sucks nowadays.

u need to get a better sniper like cherry tac not dragonov becuz that sniper is only for hard scoping

This is exactly how I learnt to quickscope, all I can suggest is that try and scope faster, it's hard at first and you'll probably be useless for a while but once you master it you'll be amazed at what you can do =)
