why i like Boeing best
-
@VBernardov You wouldnt think it!
-
it is not only repacking it... the bottle with nitrogen must be refilled, someone has to sign, that this slide is serviceable, again. some inspections are made... "form 1" must be signed...
too much paper work, and for every sign or stamp some one get a lot of money.
-
@VBernardov WOW just to re pack it?
-
about 20 000 - 25 000 euro
-
how much does it cost to repack it etc?
-
@TheSims278 saves peoples lives. Its not a slide used at a funfair.

The slide goes n a big box and is send to a workshop where they replace/fill the botte, reset the system, check battereis etc, and pack the slide into a container. For this aircraft a new slide was ordered.
