A level of celebrity that is Miley Cyrus. Yep, she's jetting off to Europe for her first-ever stage performance at the EMAs -- you know the MTV European Music Awards. She's nominated for Best Female Artist and joins a whole slew of artist performances including Rihanna, B.o.b, Hayley Williams with Eva Longoria-Parker as the Madrid evening's host and Justin Bieber as the digital host.
