@RomanovBuck yea I love the prius, mainly because the mining processes used to make its batteries creates large amounts of acid rain. and the fact that the battery's go flat after 5 years. no hydrogen is the way forward but most people are retarded and just think a car with good gas mileage is a step in the right direction, when really a car that does not rely on fossil fuels is the future. And im not talking about electric either, that's a backwards step

Everyone's ragging on the Prius, but it seems like everyone's sort of missing the point.
They didn't enter this to win, they entered it to show it could be done. Everyone says "Prius is gay" or "Prius is stupid" but people aren't realizing that the Prius, although maybe not the fastest car in the world, or the highest performance, or even just a really good car, is still a step in the direction we need to go. Fuel's a finite resource, people. At least the hybrid makers are trying.

Does it have to run as a four wheel drive class because the front are petrol powered and rears motorised?

Ok bring on the real rally car. Where the Subaru , mitsubishi, Renault, peugeot, vw, BMW, any euro or jap high end turbo car. Anything than this disgrace prius. I love rally and that was crap, an insult.
