Ipswich is a top team in the championship- a harder league to succeed in, with more quality players, than most leagues in the world. Take 90% of teams from Bundesliga, Serie A or Primera division and they wouldn't get promoted from the championship. Also, players wages in the championship are good - he's on thousands of quid a week. Anyway, Jaime's work ethic is good and I think he has potential but he's not the best player at ITFC by far. He's lucky to play for the 1st team regularly.
