In this video, tennis instructor Matt Copland demonstrates the fundamentals of how to hone your skills with a forehand tennis stroke.

The Grip:

- Place your right hand on tennis racquet handle
- Slide your hand all the way down to the base
- Make sure you don't have too tight of a grip
- Your hand should be spread on the handle for a better feel

The Tennis Swing:

- Take the racquet back to the back fence
- Put your left arm out in front helps you gauge the tennis ball as it comes in
- Bring the racquet forward to a point of contact, level with your front foot
- The tennis racquet faces square to the ball
- Your swing should flow all the way through and over the left shoulder.

Follow these easy tennis how to instructions, and your tennis forehand swing should be fundamentally sound.
